i keep the heat on 72 and it still is cold! you look awesome as usuall and holy crap, 29 pounds! i have 45 to go for “goal” weight of 150! wow u r soooo close! i think these last few pounds are going to be hard for us! i have been on full liquids for 2 days now, i would like to do it till sunday but, we’ll see, so far so good! luv ya girlie (((HUGS)))

Wow Sarah you look amazing!! I can’t believe it’s only been 10 months. You’ve come so far and have done so much to ensure your surgery is a success. From quitting smoking 6 months before, to giving up soda (or pop as we say up here in Canada). All I can think is wow, you’re amazing and thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing your journey with us

You look great- even the puppy can’t keep eyes off of you. Wow 171 lbs lost- I’m impressed. Love the 12s. Next 178 lbs and 178 lbs, so funny- that is why I want to get down to 130 lbs- then I can say with some joy in my heart “I’m 1/2 the woman I used to be!” Lol!
I’m cold too! Sleeping in my robe, wearing layers upon layers, gloves and hats.
Good or bad change is hard and you are having a lot of it. I hope you are taking care of yourself.
