congratulations to u and ur husband Amy! I not only watchd tht episode but i taped it and watched it all the time during my weight loss journey. I too am technically Obese and its a hard way to live! i was nearly 300 lbs and got down to about 215 but am currently 230. im feeling very discouraged and need to push on but not sure how =( But seeing u again is a true inspiration!
