Support your local farm stores, food had become so cheap because is cheap food, the demand for better prices ends up in gettin low quality foods, I remember telling one of my friends to eat Organic Foods, that it contains all the nutrients etc and he said to me “I can’t effort to eat organic foos, it’s too expensive” and then I looked at his shoes, he is wearing a $120 pair of Nikes not to mention his outfit, car etc, so what happens, people buys cheap and of course prices will be cheap

Why is High Fructose in all of our food? Why is it so hard to find food without High Fructose Corn Syrup? Why is food without High Fructose Corn Syrup also listed as “All Natural” and cost so much more money? To be healthy and eat healthy you have to read food labels and spend more money. You pay one way or another either up front buying healthy food or as a co-payment at your doctors office.
