Week 11, ALMOST to ONEderland! It feels like it’s taking forever!! lol

A small loss of 1.8 pounds last week for a total weight loss of 81.5 pounds. I am proud of those 1.8 pounds though because I did the work this week, and added in regular, intentional, exercise. Even though the scale gave me a small number… it was no fault of my own!

Another update! Did a liquid diet and got back on track. STILL GAINED WEIGHT…lame! But hopefully we’ll see some pounds come off this week because I started exercising again. Lets be facebook pals! Facebook: www.facebook.com
