I suffer from diabetic gastric paresis, Main symptom, nausea and vomiting.
Do I need to actually go to California, or can they just mail it to me.
I have already ask my doctor, she said the feds would be all over her if she wrote such a prescription. (I live in OKlahoma)

You can get it anywhere in CA now haha they legalized it. I love my state = )
But yeah you might have to come here or try to get an order from the pharmacy or something through your doctor. Unless you have a license but you’d have to come here to use and apply for it.

You need to be a resident of California, and get a prescription from a doctor, in order to receive medical marijuana.

Santa Cruz,CA, And Almost Any City In CA. It Is illegal To Transport Marijuana, Or Any drug across State lines. It is A Federal Crime To Do So.
